By becoming a xLingo Member and by using the xLingo service, you accept and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these Terms of Service, you should not register with xLingo.

Registration
To register with xLingo and to become a xLingo Member you must be at least 13 years of age and fill in all mandatory fields in the registration forms with true and accurate information.

Use of xLingo Service
The xLingo service is for personal and non-commercial use only. It is not to use for professional or commercial ends.
You may not make comments or submit any form of content that is or might be illegal, unauthorized, contrary to xLingo's purpose, to the laws and regulations in force or to good moral standards.
While xLingo prohibits such contents and materials, you understand and agree that you nonetheless may be exposed to such contents or materials and that you use the xLingo service at your own risk.
You may not to mention on xLingo any personal information such as your real name, email address, phone number, address, etc. enabling a xLingo Member to contact another xLingo Member without using the xLingo service.
xLingo reserves the right to remove any content, account, profile, photo or materials that xLingo determines vulgar, contrary to the spirit of learning languages, infringe or violate any party's intellectual property, other proprietary rights or these Terms of Service, without notification, compensation or refund.

Termination
You can terminate your xLingo account at any time by sending us an email through our contact form. Your profile and all related information and files will be removed.
xLingo reserves the right to terminate accounts which are inactive for more than one year.

Other Members
xLingo does not control the information provided by other Members, therefore xLingo takes no responsibility for false statements made by a Member. xLingo discloses to you that there are risks of dealing with underage persons or people acting under false pretence. Please use caution and common sense when using our service.

Restriction of Liability
xLingo will not be liable for any damages or injury caused by, including but not limited to, any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation of transmission, computer virus, or line failure. xLingo will not be liable for any damages or injury, including but not limited to, special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials in this site, even if there is negligence or xLingo has been advised of the possibility of such damages, or both.
